Standard products purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, undamaged, with all its accessories, packaging, documentation, and originally included items.

The customer must communicate the return request via email, indicating the order number, full name, and product purchased. Once the request is approved, the product must be returned properly protected. Unless there is a defect, an error in the product sent, or a lack of conformity, return costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns will not be accepted for products showing signs of use, scratches, dents, tampering, unauthorized adjustment, damage to the box, crystal, bracelet, clasp, or missing original accessories.

For personalized watches, configured or prepared according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal will not apply, except in case of a defect, an error in the product received, or a lack of conformity. This includes orders prepared based on specific choices of model, size, dial, bezel, bracelet, case, hands, movement, aesthetic combination, or any other configuration requested by the customer.

The measurements, sizes, and characteristics of each watch are indicated on the product page. It will not be considered a defect if the customer perceives the watch as larger, smaller, heavier, lighter, or different from what was expected, provided the product received matches the description and characteristics indicated on the website.

Once the product has been received and inspected, if the return is approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly accepts another method, such as store credit for future purchases.

Products come with a legal warranty in accordance with current regulations. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, impacts, falls, third-party tampering, normal wear and tear, improper water exposure, or use contrary to product instructions.

All MH Watches & Jewelry products come with a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with current Spanish regulations.

The warranty covers potential manufacturing defects, assembly defects, or malfunctions that exist at the time of delivery or that appear within the applicable legal period, provided that the product has been used correctly.

In the event of an incident, the customer must contact us at contacto@mhjewelry.co, indicating the order number and attaching photos or videos clearly showing the problem.

Once the request is received, we will review the case and, if applicable, offer the corresponding solution: inspection, repair, replacement, exchange, price reduction, or refund, depending on the nature of the incident and what is stipulated by applicable regulations.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, impacts, falls, scratches, breakages, normal wear and tear from use, handling by third parties, opening of the watch, unauthorized repairs, improper exposure to water, or use contrary to product instructions.

It also does not cover damage to the case, crystal, bracelet, clasp, crown, or bezel caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear, nor normal variations inherent in an automatic/mechanical watch within its usual operating margins.

To properly manage any incident, we recommend keeping the original packaging, documentation, and proof of purchase.
