2. Quality Control: After assembly, we conduct tests and checks for 1 to 3 business days to verify functionality, fit, and finish.
   
3. Shipping: Once quality control is passed, the order is shipped, and delivery usually takes between 4 and 8 business days, depending on the destination.
   

In total, the complete process usually takes between 7 and 15 business days, as each piece is individually prepared before reaching your hands.

Shipping to the Spanish Peninsula is completely free.

For orders outside the Peninsula, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or international shipments, potential shipping costs, taxes, fees, or customs procedures will depend on the destination and the applicable regulations in each case.

All our watches come with a 2-year legal warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with current Spanish regulations, covering possible manufacturing or operating defects not related to misuse of the product.

Before shipping, each piece undergoes a quality control to check its operation, adjustment, and finish.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by knocks, drops, external tampering, improper use, normal wear and tear, moisture due to incorrect use, or interventions carried out by unauthorized third parties.
